Do I need to activate a package when I register?

No. You can register and explore your account first. A package starts only after you choose one, submit your payment details and the team activates it.

What do the daily rate and return cap mean?

The daily rate is the percentage of the package amount that is configured to be credited on each business day. The return cap is the total of those credits as a percentage of the amount; once it is reached, the package completes. Both are settings, not guaranteed returns.

How do I activate a package?

Sign in, open Plans, choose a package, follow the payment instructions and upload your payment proof. After the team verifies it, your package becomes active.

Can I close a package or withdraw funds?

Withdrawals are requested from your wallet balance. Closing a package is handled by the team, so contact support if you need it. Review the minimum and limits on your Withdrawals page.
