Access and account responsibilities

You register with your name, an email address and a password. Keep your details accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and use your profile settings to manage access. You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials.

You may enter a referral code when you register; it links your account to the member who invited you. Accounts may be suspended or restricted if the platform is misused.

The public website explains the product. Your signed-in account shows the records, package options and actions available to you.

Package activation and payment

Review the amount and conditions of a package before confirming. The package amount is fixed. To activate a package you submit your payment reference and proof, and the team verifies the payment before the package is activated.

Check the payment instructions carefully before sending funds. A payment sent to the wrong destination or with the wrong details may be difficult or impossible to recover. Contact support if any amount, rate or condition is unclear.

Credits, return caps and completion

Each package has a configured daily rate and a return cap. Credits are made automatically on business days (Monday to Friday), starting from the first full period after activation. A package completes when its credits reach the return cap.

Configured rates and caps are package settings, not guaranteed returns. Credits or other entries that were made in error may be corrected or reversed.

Wallet and withdrawals

Credits are added to your wallet balance. Withdrawals are requested from the wallet and are subject to the minimum and any limits shown on your Withdrawals page. The requested amount is held while the request is pending; if a request is rejected, the amount returns to your wallet.

Package activity and wallet withdrawals are separate actions. Review your request details carefully before submitting.

Community rewards and gifts

Referral rewards and business-target gifts are set by the team and shown in your account. They may change over time and apply to activity recorded after the change. Gifts are delivered by the team after a target is reached and recorded.
